Páty, the western gateway of the Budapest agglomeration, is located at the intersection of the country’s most important transport corridors and motorways. The settlement forms part of a dynamically growing region shared with Biatorbágy, with an expanding population and purchasing power, which has earned the name “Greater Budapest Golden Triangle” due to its economic significance. This region is the most sought-after area of the domestic logistics market, where the concentration of well-capitalised businesses and skilled labour creates a unique business ecosystem.
The strategic advantage of INPARK Páty lies in its direct motorway access to the M1, combined with the close proximity of the M7 and the M0 ring road, ensuring seamless connectivity towards Western Europe and the capital. The reliability and strategic importance of the park’s infrastructure is demonstrated by the fact that the National Directorate General for Hospitals (OKFŐ) has established its central logistics base here, and that WSZL Szállítmányozási és Logisztikai Kft. is a long-term tenant of the G warehouse of the industrial park. The latest tenant of INPARK Páty is the Beijing-based Airsys, internationally recognised for its industrial air conditioning solutions developed for critical environments: the company is establishing its first European assembly unit here in an approximately 12,000 square metre hall, where it will initially manufacture temperature control equipment for European and American markets.
The project offers flexible warehouse and production solutions meeting the highest technical standards, while the garden-city character of the surrounding settlements and their developing service sector provide a high quality of life for those working here. Páty is thus not merely an industrial location, but one of the most important, future-oriented hubs of the western Hungarian economic axis.
