NIPÜF concluded a development land transaction in Martonvásár

Budapest, 13 May 2021 – NIPÜF Group concluded a sale and purchase agreement on a 3-hectare building plot in its Inpark Martonvásár industrial park. With this transaction, the total area of development land sold by NIPÜF increased to 357 hectares. The buyer is a Hungarian-owned chemical firm, which will develop a 4,000-square meter manufacturing plant to be delivered by 2022.

NIPÜF Group acquired the 77-hectare area in April 2020. The industrial park under development is located in the eastern part of Fejér County, directly along the M7 motorway.

On the newly purchased plot, Caola, a Hungarian-owned chemical company will build a 4,000-square meter manufacturing plant for the production of disinfectants and detergents for household and professional use. Initially the unit will employ 40 to 50 people, however, the size of the area and the modular structure of the building allow further expansion.

Dr. László Kiss, CEO of NIPÜF Group said: „The past two years was a period of dynamic growth for our company. We have several warehouse developments in progress, and we closed a number of land sale transactions. The investments carried out by NIPÜF and by our clients significantly contribute to the economic growth of the given regions. Martonvásár is also well-positioned to accommodate successful projects. We are glad to welcome another Hungarian company in one of NIPÜF’s industrial parks, and we hope that many other businesses will see the opportunity in this location that boasts excellent transport connections.”

Dr. Imre Bándi, CEO of Caola explained: „Our greenfield investment will enable us to manufacture a sufficient volume of hygiene, household chemical and healthcare products, matching the demand. In this project we will modernize our production and packaging technology, as well as our R+D infrastructure, which, besides creating jobs, is a key value at our 190-year-old company.”
